Car won't start...

I went to start my car today and it just cranks and cranks with an occasional sputter. I plugged in my laptop and got a code 16, low resolution failure. I started it a few weeks ago (winter storage) and it ran perfect. I pulled a spark plug wire from a plug and it had no spark. Can humidity cause this kind of thing? It was pretty cold last night and warm today, causing my wheels to condensate.

Thanks,

Rob
