i have a 355, plus a 300 shot. i happen to have a pyrometer sitting around that i had for my DSM, but sold the DSM. would it benifit me at all knowing what my exhaust temp is?

 

It's a much more useful tool on a FI motor but it's still good information to have. Ideally you would have a pyrometer in each collector. I would just assume that by the time your pyrometer spiked on the spray though, it would be way too late to prevent any damage...
