Is there anything i can check or do a little maintenence on that would normally be more difficult with the tranny on?

 

since my car is stock, and the tranny was out I replaced the fuel pressure regulater and egr and cleaned the passages. mine had a 145k on them though. i see your car has substancially (sp) less miles.

 

This is a good apportunity to check/replace the rear main seal.

 

Thanks for the tips guys. transAMdriv3r, the one thats getting the tranny rebuilt is the 97. 106k mi. Ill replace those things you guys said. Especially the rear main. Ima end up changing all of my seals here in a bit. Pretty much evrey one is leaking

 

yeah, check the rear main seal.
