get non-emmision or Off Road headers. They do not come with egr/air provisions.

ull need egr block off plates which u can get from a place like summit or thunderracing

ull have to romove the egr and the egr tube which are at the back of the intake and block it off with the plates.

u can also remove the AIR pump , leaving it on wont do anything but it takes up space

I blocked off the pipe/tube that travels from the back of the motor to the passenger side manifold and just left the EGR valve itself on on the back of the block.

AIR Pump isn't hard to get out, what is hard to get out is the AIR tube. I didn't cut it out because I didn't want to cut it, so that took me extra time to get it out with cutting it, but I guess I have bragging rights on that now, haha.

do I have to unplug any fuses or anything electrical? I know on LS1's there are 2 fuses you have to undo before you can pull anything.
