Who here is using Dish Network in the states?

Who here is using Dish Network in the states?
I got a dish 811 receiver but realized that although it's the same as the Bell 6100, the firmware in it is already Dish.
Does anyone here have Dish as their service provider that wouldn't mind adding me as a second receiver for a few days even? I just need the receiver activated as I want to use it to receiver local Calbe HD channels and not for it's satellite abilities so much. But to use the 8vsb locals feature the receiver still has to be activated atleast once, once activated, even if deactivated, I can still get the locals, don't know why they did that since the receiver is meant to receiver 8vsb cable HD's and 8psk sattelite channels, but to get either working the receiver has to be first activated.
Anyone mind adding me as their second receiver for a day to a month or whatever works?
