Question need some input on my time slip plz

For some reason this thing doesnt want to go any faster than 13.90@100.05 mph in the quarter here is the time slip.

60ft: 1.95
330ft: 5.897
1/8: 8.923
et:13.90
mph: 100.09

This pass was with no rear seat, 1/8 tank of gas, no spare and jack, with D/R's on welds.

It runs the same with my D/R's or street tires, I launch by power braking to 1200(stock stall) off the brake and on the gas. Cooling it down , modifing timing, modifing fuel curve, turned off tcc, tried S/D mode, no knock retard (no knock) agressive curves etc.

Doesn't this seem slow for that kind of 60ft,330ft,1/8 mile??

2.73 gear? What bolt ons do you have?

a nice '60 helps your ET, but not your MPH.

Sorry to ***** up your threads.

The TB does not really help much at stockish power levels. Flowmaster is ok, nothing great. Probably nothing really from the coil or cat bypass...maybe a few HP.

I'd say your MPH should have been a little higher, not a whole lot though. Track location or density altitude plays its part as well.

If you put some nice headers on there, and maybe try a proven tune from madwolf, That would be a nice jump.

You need headers. Also was your pcm tuned for the 58mm tb. I see you have tunercat but is it tuned for the TB. If so i think it effects the shifting of your A4.

Get a gear,LT's and valve springs and ya might.
What ya shifting at?

It takes 100lbs to equal a tenth so ya didn't do much with the spare and seat

Re: need some input on my time slip plz

I tried shifting the a4 at anywhere from 5600-6200, I dont have a wideband but I have changed the fuel and timing curves quite a bit (more fuel/less fuel w/ more timing/less timing). I did run a 13.9 last saturday w/full interior and spare, underdrives (removed friday for charging problem) and with an agressive timing curve that was pinging. I notice on my datalog airflow can peak as high as 280grams/sec

I've heard that you should be able to take the grams/sec and times that by 1.1 and that should give you an approx. rear horse power range. If so you aren't doing so bad but your times aren't reflecting that.
