Where can i get a low cost roating assembly kit plus a few more questions

Hi, I have an LT1 and I want to rebuild the bottom end with a forged crank, forged h rods and forged pistons. I want the new bore to have 355CI. Does any one know where I can get a bottom end kit like that for a low cost? My goal is to make the engine capable of having alot of power without breaking itself. Also Im looking for cylinder head and cam packages that are ready to bolt on. The goal is to have 600HP at the wheels. Im thinking about installing a nitrous oxide system but im not sure if I should get nitrous or a supercharger.

I had a very good experience with Super Engine Builders who sell their packages on eBay. I opted for an Eagle 383 forged crank, Eagle h-beam rods, SRP pistons, and Clevitte 77-H bearings everywhere for ~ $1,600. I would imagine that a 355 would be cheaper.

These guys own a very reputable shop and have excellent feedback plus they balanced the entire assembly perfectly and I highly recommend them.
