Well im refreshing my valve train and was wondering some tips on what to get? What all is needed for a complete refresh, I even want to replace the valve stems and pushrods because one of the pushrods is bent and knocked a rocker loose. I'd like some 1.6 roller rockers also. Any ideas and parts needed and what P/N's to look for?

 

get comp's pro mags. 7/16 stud non self aligning. use gm guideplates and arp 7/16 studs. use a chromoly pushrod to your length, or even a comp cams hardened 35 dollar pushrods will do. summitracing.com has them all i believe.
