Rotors

Any advice? Mine have already been turned so I need new ones. Someone told me the Eradispeed cross-drilled slotted ones warp easy? Where's a good place to order or buy new ones, anyplace across the line would be good too, thanks.

Re: Rotors

I had a hand-shake deal for 31 g's and the guy offered a deposit, I should have taken it as he's left town for a few weeks work. I'm going to the firehawkfest in Calgary in 2 weeks, I'm ordering new tires, brakes pads and rotors, anyone use Phozen or Cquence rotors? I wont announce any sale or new car purchase until it actually happens.

Re: Rotors

if your using blanks then go with brembo blanks, if you want x drilled call up jeepo, he might be willing to part with his baer kit. i dont think ive ever heard of the eradispeeds warping.

never heard of the phozen or cquence rotors either. for pads you can use hawks but they leave a lot of dust and are pricey. you can find em online, or im sure blowpac, best buy or lordco would be able to get em in. personally i like the raybestos ones, cheap, last a while and grip pretty good.

Re: Rotors

I just got mine from Wholesale direct, they are a sponsor over on ls1tech, it was 299 usd shipped for cross drilled and sloted rotors and pads, with zinc coating. Mine are installed as of yesterday and i like them so far. the only downside is that they take time shipping them.

Thanks Amit, I just ordered new Eagle F1 GS-D3's all around from the Rack and new Hawk brake pads. I'll check your links for the rotors.

Re: Rotors

Can anyone recommend a good place to get calipers for a 96 z28? I think my driver side rear is not releasing properly - is there an adjustment for the e-brake on these cars? I think it may have something ot do with that.

Thinking aftermarket may be a bit $$ for me right now.

Thanks,
Grant
