Headers Question

What's the difference between coated and uncoated headers? Which do you recommend?

Re: Headers Question

coated headers have a ceramic coating on them to keep the heat in the headers, this keeps the exhaust gas hotter (which will flow faster) and keeps heat out of the engine bay. also the coating helps prevent rust, however many people notice rust starting to form in time even with a coating on them

mine are coated, i wouldnt personally ever own a non coated header
