MSD 6A installation

I have a 94 Z28 and my brother has a 93 Z28 with a msd 6A box. He let me take it off his to try on mine to see how I like it. I hooked it up the same way his was and now my car is not firing. I was just wondering what I did wrong. I was going to buy one cause it seemed like it did my brothers car some good.
