What Hardware Is Needed For AirPump/EGR Removal?

So far this is what I have gathered. The 3 block off plates, which I already have. 2 M22 oil drain plugs and 1 5/8 Vaccum cap. Does that sound right or am I missing something(s)? What about a vaccum cap for the EGR solenoid? If so what size is the cap for that? Thanks in advance guys.

I needed a dremel with a cutting wheel to cut the air pump piping, but other than that, I needed 2 block off plates to completely eliminate the EGR.

One is part number: 10054880 from GM. It is an LT4 Corvette block off plate for the EGR valve.

The other one is for the tube itself. I had that made at a local shop. You can make one yourself too, it's real easy.

If you have an EGR provision on your headers, then you will need to fabricate something for them as well.

You should be able to unplug the solenoid and remove it entirely then just cap the feed on the manifold. You will have to tune all that stuff out of the computer or it will set the SES light.

From what I've read you'll only see an SES light on OBDII vehicles.
