Looking for 95 Camaro

Yup, I'm back. Only this time I've actually got the money to act. I'm looking for a camaro 95 or newer, vette engine or moded engine, 400+ hp? no more than 12-13G. I know they're out there, just hard to find. Any help would be much appreciated!

I'd like to actually buy a car no later than june.

I don't think that anyone here is selling a 400hp+ Camaro........

Sideway's (Payam) is selling his 94'.........
I hear it's stock again though.

I think you'll have trouble findin one with a vette engine for that price.

newsflash goldfires, we all have vette motors, perhaps you should look for the camaros with viper motors.

and payams camaro may have the vented opti, not sure, which would make it same as the 95. but his has a vette motor, just like the rest of us, dont know if you want a common vette motor camaro though.

Sorry bro, but that was too funny!!! All camaros and Trans Ams/Firebird formulas that had the V8 all have the vette motor. The Corvette from (?)92-97 had the LT1 motor wich was used in the V8 camaros and firebirds as well. The 98 plus camaro/firebirds have the LS1 which was in the newer corvettes, The only difference is how the motor was setup. Corvette had higher horspower whereas the camaros/firebird V8s had lower horspower.

Talk to Payam (Sidewayz into 3rd). I think he has what your looking for, in the right price range, and enough money left over to start making it 400 hp.
Welcome back... and dont be afraid to ask questions.

yup .. my 94 is up for sale .. 10,000 and u'll have 3Gs left to put it in the 400 hp range ... it does have the vented opti, cloyes timing chain, electric waterpump, 255lph fuel pump .. so u got the bases covered for making the hp it has the same opti as the 95+ cars too .. so no worries about doing the opti swap

i'll be back in town on monday .. if u are interested send me a PM and i'll give u my phone number

A couple months ago I posted here looking for a 95 camaro... one of the guys here found one modded with an LS1. Pretty rare car, but I'm sure there are others out there.

If any of you guys could provide me with pics and/or links to local cars for sale, I would -greatly- appreciate it. I need to start looking if I actually plan on purchasing one before summer.

Thanks!

The key word is MODDED. No 95 came standard with an LS1. The person who found it, or had it, guranteed had a LS1 put in after. PM Sideways_into_3rd. Hes got a 94 for sale.

If you want a MINT 96, 6 speed with only 72K let me know, would be a bit more $ though. Suspension is done, drivetrain is stock.
