Not many cars can successfully pull off that look.

Unfortunitly I don't think their are any races this weekend at PIR. Their is a big swap meet going on there and the Expo Center. I believe Woodburn is open this weekend.

KillaZ and Mike - send me PM with your phone numbers. Maybe would could get together this weekend. I was planning on cleaning my car this Saturday.

Ya I know. The car will be running again in about a month or so. My heads are still down at Somers machine shop waiting for a valvejob. Once I get them back I need to assemble them with the new springs etc. I still need to wire up the Meziere and some little stuff like that too.

Cody,
Got some things going on tomorrow and I'm working on Sunday. I think Bobby's car is going to be runnin' on Sat. Should thump.

OOHHHH I HOPE my car is running tomorrow, got the driver side head on tonight and the pasenger side is all cleaned up and ready to bolt up. Shouldn't be a problem these LS1 are a JOKE to work on. Everything is just easy and you have room where you need it. Maybe I'm just so used to working on these things its getting easier....

Oh well I have to get to bed I'm starting again in the morning at 8:30.. I plan on Dynoing this friday and will be at woodburn on the 16th if they have Friday night drags....

BTW Mike your more than welcome to come over earlier and witness the "rebirth"
PEACE!

Ya Cheryl and I have some things to do before we come over this afternoon. Depending how much we get done, we could be there a bit earlier. Is Chris <?> helpin' ya out today? I'd like to check out his notch back. Good luck with your progress.

See ya later, and sorry to Killaz for taking over your post.

Bah on you people who have money to spend on your rides.

Maybe after I close on my house I'll be able to afford to finally replace that optispark that's slowly been dying on me.

Oh yeah.....hi guys. Been awhile.

I'll have to let you know. I've run into a little problem.. Hopefully its just pushrod length or preload or a combination of both. But the car couldn't make it down the street let alone the dyno

I ordered a pushrod length checker and am going to take the vavle covers off and do a preload check with 1 at TDC and see if I come up with anything questionable.....

What days do you have off Ken I'll try to plan it so you can definately be there to witness the power of the LS1. I may even give you a ride if you can forget your occupation for a few second

Also if I get it dialed in I'm going to try the woodburn track on the 16th if they are open for friday drags...

Anyhoo I should know more about my setup tomorrow. On a side note I got a 89 Full size Silverado blazer to drive around town in

Bobby
