It's been happening for a while now. I can hear the exhaust just slightly stumbling at idle. It's a 97 with 42k miles, I was wondering if you think its a plug problem or if I should be thinking about a new opti. Also, I'm planning a plug/wire job soon. I've never done one on one of these cars -- I hear the plugs are a b*tch to get to, I was planning on buying one of those wrenches off ebay to help me out. For those who have done it with just stock manifolds, is it something I can pretty easily do myself?

 

my car does this too. Sometimes worse than others. I amgonna do plugs, wires, o2s, coil, and see where i sit after that. I noticed that after i sit a while, like two or three or minutes my driver side o2 goes way lean, and stays there for about 20 secs. It will even rev it self up, and according to my brother in law that is a bad o2, he said it happened on his jeep.
