Cat-back and Cat

I am gonna put a Hooker cat back on my 95 z. I need a new cat as well..what should i get for a hi-flow cat? Btw, planning on doing the install myself(me and dad )

On ebay you can get universal carsound cats for $45 bucks, but youll have to get them welded to your exhaust.
