Engine running lean and setting of code

Ok I was driving around under normal drivings conditions and my SES light came on so pulled out the scanner and got "lean condition bank 1" So my question is what could be causing it. I have a few ideas but figured I'd check with you guys to get some feed back. 1# Put in new o2 sensors and bank 1's sensor is not functioning properly. 2# The performance tunning from Ion"madz28" was a bit to much and causing it to run lean. 3# I have a fuel pressure regulator and the pressure I have it set at isn't enough for it. If you guys got any input that would be great. THANKS

Make sure no air is sneaking in after the MAF...I had that same problem and I discovered that I had a rip in my rubber elbow, so the computer thought it was getting less than it actually was. Replaced it and all fixed....hope this helps
