Angry Loudmouth is rattling my console

I used to have the stock exhaust with a flowmaster muffler. The car never rattled under any form of acceleration. Now I installed SLP loudmouth and under a low acceleration rate(1800-2500rpms) the center console rattles between the A4 shifter and the ash tray. Also under a higher rate it rattles the dash some. Any way to get rid of this? Cause boy its annoying as hell!!!!!!!!

I had that also for a while . With the LM and it being stainless steel it heats up and expands and contracts. You gota play with the clamps and check the rubber brackets. Also I replaced my LM resonator with a duynomax race bullet and it got rid of the 2000 rpm rone.

I love the way my car sounds but I cant stand this noise anymore. I guess Ill have to play around with the clamps and stuff. If Im not mistaken when I had teh guy install it, I had him weld it where teh exhuast goes over the axle. SO we'll see. How many rubber mounts do we have on this LM exhaust?

The dynomax bullet sounds great, the 12" one is the exact size to replace the "empty" LM resonator. It sounds great, its still a pass thru design but with some baffling along the walls. Wide open sounds awesome. The drone will disapear. Have the exhaust shop check your exhaust when its hot to check for rattles and adjust the pipes.

i have hooker aerochamber, and will be installing a dmh elec cutout on friday, but i want that deep racecar tone all the time. wheres the best place to buy a 3"in 3" out dynomax bullet? does summit or jegs just sell the muffler seperately??
