Replaced your motor mounts recently? Mine used to rub a little at standing idle. It went away after a bit, don't know why.

next question never had the service engine soon light come on before ever except after header install it only comes on when ive been on the highway for about 25 miles straight, if i drive around town i can drive 10 to 12 miles in town no lights no nothin no problem, thought it was because my oxygen sensors were to close to teh exhaust openings (open headers)

got exhaust fixed and runs all the way back, everything went ok, i got on the highway 25 miles later service engine soon light comes on... don't you lose power when your service engine soon light comes on for safety

Get a pcm with it programmed out.

The headers put out much less gas because the EGR bung is on one primary, versus at the merge for all four on the manifolds. This causes an EGR code on some cars.

oh yeah, and i didnt change my engine mounts, stock...but when i get on it, i thought my damn Y pipe was scraping, i got girlfriend to get out and get on the ground lol when i drove by i kicked it she said she didnt see anything, then i looked at all my pipe, sure enough no scrapes, dad suggested it was the header hitting floorboard, i sure hope so but, this soudns like a scraping not a taping sounds like cement and metal
