it appears its held in place by the drivers side #9, but is it held there with the stud, or does it go on top of that and held in place with a nut??

also, anything else held down to the manifold(and where) before I put all the bolts on? (i know, i should have taken pics)

 

You are correct and the stud goes in first and then the tab for that coolant tube and the tab for the tube is secured by a nut!
