i installed rksport mids on my 94 camaro and the bolt broke when i was removing it (egr tube) from the stock manifolds. anyways i tried to use another bolt and nut to tighten up the egr flange to the rksport header and the freaking bolt broke! now i have to buy another bolt and try again! anyways, how are you guys keeping the egr from leaking? are you using RTV silicon sealant or just tightening it down a ton?

I used high temp rtv, it was the orange stuff its been working fine.
