Exclamation Help me make my car faster!!!

I need some help here. I just did a major "make over" on my car and it just doesn't seem like I thought it would. I haven't taken it to the track or dyno so I can't give you any numbers to work with. Also, this is an everyday driver that needs to pass inspections! This is what I did...I put a new (under 15,000 miles...got it off a friend for cheap) 97 LT1 engine in with a 218/228 cam, ported and polished heads by Lloyd(279/192), 52mm tb, felpro gaskets, hooker LT's, off road 3" y-pipe with magnaflow, tr-55's with msd superconducters with a msd 6-al, moroso cai, tb bypass, "madwolf" tune, 1.6 crane gold rr's, combination motorsports springs, 160* thermo, mobil 1, tranny cooler and shift kit. I am probably forgetting some things, but those are the bigger upgrades. So, my question is, what can I safely do to make her faster??? Torque converter/gears(I have 3.23's with a new rear)??? Any suggestions would be great. Thanks a ton.

The tune was done in Dec. It is running pig rich and just doesn't feel like it is getting everything out of what I put in. I am going to get it re-tuned as soon as jordon get back...but it I think it should be faster....

if it's running really rich your ecu probably needs to be tuned to match the mods and then you might want to put in new o2 sensors too right after, the rich mixture might have already done some damage to the o2's so it would be pointless to have everything running **** and your o2's sending inaccurate signals.
