From what I've read, Racenet is not a very good place to do your ordering from. Do a search, you'll see quite a few people are unhappy with them.

I never had a problem with them, but I've heard plenty of horror stories.

Their bad rep is all in the past, once you get a hold of them, their only downside (always busy, just keep tryin youll get him).

Their prices are unbeatable and they have or can get basically anything. Just let him know you are a member here and youll get good CS, and timely delivery

www.thunderracing.com Is a better IMO. They meet or beat compeditor prices. Just a little heads up for ya.

Dishonest worthless bastards.

Waited 3 weeks for a torque arm.. each week i asked where it was and each week they said it would be sent out the next day.

So canceled the order and asked them to send a reciept showing credit has been put back on teh card.... the guy just kept on assuring me he'd take care of it right now.

So when i get my bill the charge was still on there...
So i put in a dispute with my card and they called me back up saying racenet would refund 100 of my 185 dollars..

Bull****... I told the credit card rep to ask those assclowns for a tracking number on the part they sent me. If the part was never sent I owe them nothing... not even a restock fee which they were probably trying to get out of me...

Bruce ordered some 1.6 roller rockers a 3 months ago.. Took 1 month and 1 week to get to him.

I ordered from them once. I won't again. Their prices don't offset their crappy service.

I think you mean racenet.net not .com

I'm about 50/50 on good/bad dealings with them. I wont use them again though as i have never had anything but the best service from Thunder and Combination.

Took 6months after I ordered for my first nitrous kit to arrive(zex). The prices are unbeatable, but its not worth the PITA hassle it is to get the damn product.

Thumbs down

I ordered a msd from them and i had to call every other day to see what was going on with it. They are bad on calling people back and it took a month to get to my house. 3.5 weeks later they said their was someting wrong with my card and in 5 days they finally sent it total 1 month.

I have a horror story similar to the ones previously posted. But I'd rather not get into it. My advice is to stay away from them and order from somewhere else. Racenet's customer service is hands down the worst in the business.

I appreciate everyone's responses. I dont think i'll be ordering from Racenet anytime soon. I found what i was looking for at combination motorsports(Didn't know about them until you said something KMook, i appreciate it!)

Thanks,
Brandon

I have had good and bad from them but they have never ripped me off. I ordered a set of pistons and a valvetrain from them for my 93 a few years (5) ago and I got them in a very timely fashion and all parts were correct as ordered. The only beef I have with them is I currently am waiting on a UD pulley from them that I ordered on dec the 20th. They didnt say they were sending it out they just said that its on backorder.

I've ordered few things from them. i've never had a problem. Good prices. However, my first choice when thinking about ordering anything, has always been Thunder Racing.
