Well, here it is fellas...



It's rated at 3000rpms. It is race built to handle up to 700hp by Larry's Automotive in Texas. Me and a couple of my buds are gonna try to throw it in this weekend and then re-program the PCM...

I have some new ARP T/C bolts coming, an energy suspension tranny mount, tci racing tranny filter, and a couple other goodies that I'll be puttin in while the tranny is off too...

Wish me luck with the install...


BTW, does anyone know if any sort of break in period is necessary for new T/C's?

 

what is your gear ratio? im also considering to get either a 3000 or a 3500 for mine. let me know how it runs. and who is programming your computer?

Currently, I have the stock 2.73 gears. They are being replaced with 4.10's this March as soon as I take the car back out of the garage for spring.

I have Bryan Herter from PCMForLess do my programming. He's hella good at it...

 

install should be no problem, it'll make a huge differance maybe so big you'd wish you went w/ the 3500 ...now all ya need is traction

 

yea you will love it but like antz said you'll probably want bigger in the future.....and you need tires or will spin your *** off all day long.

 

I hear ya on the traction. I'ma be puttin on a lot of smoke shows I'm sure...

I will get some nitto 555r's or some et streets if it gets to out of hand...
