I was wondering if somebody could tell me what colors are normal on B&M shifters for the T-5 and T-56 tranny's

everywhere i look i see a blue base on the t56 ripper shifter.

i bought a shifter on ebay the other day and it had a gold base on it. i dont know if it is for a T5 or a T56. i have 2 pics of it.

i wasnt planning on using it but i'd like to know what tranny it is for so that i could sell it. I went Pro 5.0

I believe the gold base is a Hurst. I bought a Hurst off eby a few months ago and it has a gold plate and it is rectangle (for the t56) i think the plate for the t5 is a little different shape, not a perfect rectangle, not 100% sure though

 

It had B&M ingraved on the top of it. I looked at B&M's site and it looks exactly like the T-56 ripper shifter but the color is differant.

 

hmm...i always thought b&m was blue and hurst was gold, who knows mabey its an older model or something like that, sorry i couldnt help
