Arrow weird leak

my front main and rear main leak a tiny bit, "but whats new"
but i noticed lately how my filter seems to get covered in oil leaking off of that assembly? i was wondering how hard that was to replace or what do you guys think, the assembly the oil filter screws too.

The oil cooler or whatever it is? info needed.

There are 2 o-rings for the cooler in and out water pipes and there's a large round seal that seals the cooler to the block, this is the most probable leak source.
The cooler can be removed by removing the filter and and water pipes, then unscrew the large nut at the cooler centre.

I use WIX filters, and its not leaking where the filter seals its leaking above that.
