I have a set of Crane gold non self aligning roller rockers on my 94 Z28. I have the hardend pushrods/guideplates a cc305 cam and upgraded valvesprings. I know they should be alittle louder than stock. I can hear mine inside the car with the radio off. and the windows up. They seem to be louder when the car is warm and seem to get louder around certain RPM's. Are mine adjusted correctly or do i need to check them?

 

you know, I have heard from alot of people that they will make noise, but mine are silent. I can barley hear them standing in front of the car with the hood up.
Does the car run smooth or does it sound bad at idle?

 

well standing in front of the car i can't hear mine much eaither. You have to block out some of that noise to hear them. Mine don't really do it at idle it's mostly around 22-2500rpm's
