Anyone know about how much? Just like 1-2" per side of my Strange 12 bolt. Just kicking the idea around.

There's no point in narrowing the rear. A big tire hits the lower control arm. You'd have to relocate the lca first before you could narrow the rear for bigger tires. Insane project.

I'm really just concerned with the cost to get a rear narrowed. I have seen this done for my exact application and I know that it is possible for what I want to do.

I don't see the point unless you have it tubbed, you could tub it and put more than enough rubber under there

I'm not interested in the validity of the project here, just the cost to get a rear narrowed.

I think moser wanted 150 to shorten axles in my 9inch for my Mach 1. I had a friend shorten the housing because he builds streetrods and had a jig.

Kev,
Yeah, I was gonna call around on Monday to see what the deal is, I was just hoping to get a rough idea before then.

So what was the deal with it, a bad box or user error?
