I went to take my emmission on my truck and left the cut out open thinking if only a fraction of the exhaust is flowing and it still being tested (sniffed) from the muffler which is after the convertor you would think it their would be a problem. But i failed so i shut it up and passed with only 2 HO's left before failing. Wierd can anyone explain this mystery.
