Aluminum De Shaft Diameter

What is the size of the LT1 vs LS1 Aluminum dr shaft diameters???

Nope . (LS1 on top, stock on bottom) The 1LE is in between those two in size.

so then the LS1 can be used with an LT1, but not vice versa? Or are they swappable?

I asked a question about the diameter of both shafts and not if they are the same. What is the actual SIZE????

Don't panic!

1LE is 2.75" dia, LS1 is 3" dia.

LS1, 1LE are both swappable. Same on 3rd and 4th gens.

87DJP2001: I was not absolutely sure on the actual diameter or I would have posted such, sorry. I didn't want to give out inaccurate info.

Aluminum dr shaft. And this is the Lt1 Board.

I think you did get the answer......the only Alum Ds that came with the LT1 stock, was the 1LE Ds. Yes?

Stock is 2.5"
