Crappy track times

Last year I ran a 13.6 at 102.1. Then I went last weekend and I ran a 14.0 at 97. I'm really trying to figure out why. For one, last year I went at night when it was really cool out. THis year it was around noon and it was like 92 degrees out. My car was running wayy hot (225 to 240 degrees or so). Do you guys think that the heat can hurt my times by that much? Any other ideas? I know i haven't flushed my coolant in a while. Thanks guys

oh, and to answer the rest of your Q. put in a manual fan switch, 160 stat, increase the amount of water you put in(instead of antifreeze). This should set you up.
