Recover Password doesnt work
 

Ok so my dad is a member on here and he has forgotten his password. We figured no big deal and just hit "recover password"

Well he has tried numerous times to have the e-mail with his password sent too him..but he never gets the e-mail.

Alanrk is his user name and for the admin's send me a pm and I will tell you the e-mail.

He said he set it so he wouldnt receive e-mails from this site so thats what he thinks is making it to where he cant get the messages.

The function works, either he has an incorrect e-mail address on file or it is being stopped by spam/junk mail filters. Have him fill out the form here with all info...

Ok my dad sent it and everything.

No message back. :confused:

I sent him his password reminder to the e-mail address on file. I will try again, but if it isn't reaching him I can't begin to guess why.

He said that its not sending.
