question for whatever moderator
i saw a thread that was blocked due to its religious content.
why does this site not allow any religious content, especially in such a wide open topic area such as the lounge???

I'm not a moderator, but it's because religion is a touchy subject these days. People easily get offended, flame each other, etc.
If people could have civilized religious debates, I'd assume the moderators would ease up on the topic, but that never happens. People always get their panties in a wad when someone disagrees with them and it just turns into a huge argument.
