how abotu having more tools availible when using quick reply.

It would be nice to have the little buttons for things like bold, quote, italics, pics, etc above the quick reply box so that we could use those features with quick replies.

check out seatstaysup.com or ls1tech.com for an example of what I am talking about.

Is it possible to do this with the current software?

Nice one...I think it can be done. I am getting ready for SEMA, but if I don't get to it in a few days I know you will bump it to remind me.

the bold, italic, and underline commands are really easy.

Bold = ctrl+b
Italic = ctrl+i
Underline = ctrl+u

the image code is pretty easy as well. I hardly use the button anymore because it takes me longer to do that than it does to just type .

I guess it would be cool for the people who use quick reply. I've never really used it though.

I was going to mention that, but are they a Firefox only thing? I rarely use IE so I don't know and didn't think to test it.

I use IE and it works fine on it. Those commands also work in MS Word to call up the italic, bold, and underline functions. I've gotten so used to using them on this forum that I'll often reach down to the ctrl key when I really want the shift key.
