Can we embed the videos into posts like it is on the "Camaro TV" section? In that area, it works perfectly - like what most users seem to want. An embed to the page, and not a modal (pop out) window.

It works (and looks) great there, and I like how it is setup (and the fact that I can scroll and read the rest of the page while the video is playing). Please, please, please make the site embed videos like that for posts.

How much do I have to donate to as a supporting member to get this changed over?

The video player is in constant development, and what you see today may be nothing like what it is as it is improved. We take these kinds of suggestions seriously, and appreciate them.
