Not a bad price but........
You will most likely have to replace the lifters worst case put a motor in it.
Either way I would buy it if I had the extra cash

$2,000 sounds like a fair price, I might would offer $1,500. Keep in mind that there is a very small amount of room under the hood, so valve jobs can be pretty difficult. On the bright side though, my truck has a lifter knock and I've driven it for over 6 months with the bad lifter and it still drives and runs just fine.

hey guys turns out that the guy doesn't want to sell it anymore, unless he can't fix the ticking problem, but wants to keep it now. Yea I was thinking about trying to do 1500 first offer. He said he tightened the rocker arms, but it's still ticking,so he last resort is lifters....Oh well I tried, thank you guys for ur opinions
