lt-1 T-56 for sale
I have a t56 out of my 96 lt1 camaro. It does have a short sifter as well I believe it is a pro 5.0 short shift. I put it in my car after converting to a t56 and put about 30k miles on it. I was told from the person i bought it front that it has carbon fiber syncos but I can never confirmed it. Never had any problems with it
Looking for 600$+shipping. It would have to go freight most likely 150-200$
I may be able to help anyone out if you are looking to convert your auto to manual with the hydros and cross member. I may also have the pedals as well if I have the old ones in the shop.
It is located in south Florida. If you are local we can work something out also if you are close we can work on meeting up. Just shoot me a message if you have any questions or offers.

Re: lt-1 T-56 for sale
Good luck. I told him I wanted it over a week ago, even settled on a price with him and nothing since. He has been trying to sell this transmission for 10 years and now I know why.

Re: lt-1 T-56 for sale
This seller was not very forth coming with answering the questions I was asking. I did not get a warm feeling about this, as we had made a deal on the price and then I haven't heard anything since either. It is what it is and I didn't get scammed, which I am happy about. GLWS

Re: lt-1 T-56 for sale
Just to clear the air here so no one gets the wrong idea about this guy,.....the reason he probably didn't reply to any of you out give you details is because I am local and jumped on the opportunity for the local sale. As it turns out, I bought his old 4L60e about 9 years ago, and we made a deal, which took forever to meet up because of my hectic life. I did finally pick it up last week. So this wasn't a scam. As far as internals or function I can't say yet, but I can verify the car it came from was his and was total loss, so I can only assume at this point it functions as he described, but for what I paid it was worth the gamble cause I can rebuild it myself if needed.
