Your prediction for the official 2012 Camaro ZL1 horsepower? Closest guess WINS!
With the recent rumor of the 2012 Camaro ZL1 to have more than 570 horsepower, it seemed to only prompt more speculation in the thread.
The entire Camaro enthusiast community is questioning what the official horsepower numbers will be. So, let's have some fun with it.
Post your prediction of the "official" 2012 Camaro ZL1 final horsepower number in this thread and you could WIN!
The person who posts the closest number to the official 2012 Camaro ZL1 horsepower number will win a CamaroZ28.Com prize pack including some cool Camaro goodies!
- In the event of a tie (two people guessing the same winning number), the person who has the earliest winning post wins the package, so get your predictions in early. All those who are also in the tie (including the winner) will win a cool CamaroZ28.Com keychain (new style, choice of red or black). Hey, ya snooze ya lose. Better than a sharp stick in the eye.
- The horsepower number that will be used to determine the winner(s) will be the one that is issued and published by Chevrolet or General Motors ONLY, either on the Chevrolet.Com web site or in an official press-release on a GM-owned web site...no news outlets, enthusiast sites, palm readers, etc. It has to be the final, official, confirmed, publicly published horsepower numbers for the 2012 Camaro ZL1 with the manufacturer as the source. No other sources will be considered.

As always, there's some additional rules and details...let's make the font really tiny so it looks more official...
- One number per post. one post per person, per account. Multiple posts by the same person or account will be disqualified.
- In the event that the exact number is not declared in an entry, but two entries have the same difference in number from the official horsepower number (for example, the official number is 575, and one entry is 573 and another entry is 577...both 2 away from the official number) the person who chose closest without going over ("The Price is Right" style) will be declared the winner.
- Entries will be accepted now until the official 2012 Camaro ZL1 horsepower number is published. That time and date to be determined solely by CamaroZ28.Com administration.
- Anyone with prior knowledge of the official number (I.E. accurate inside information) is not eligible to enter. That would be playing dirty.
- Winner(s) to be officially declared on the CamaroZ28.Com Podcast episode that is released after the number is published.
- Additional rules may apply. Rules and prize details may be changed at any time.
- Winner will be chosen solely by CamaroZ28.Com administration based on their determination of the official horsepower number and is not open to argument, complaint, or crying.

570, the Caddy CTS-V can already take a GT500, the new twin turbo might be an issue but not the current one with it's tire issues, the Caddy/ Camaro seem to get out of the hole better than the Mustang. Put slicks on the GT500 and it's a different story but these are street cars so run what the manufacturer gave you.
