What would the best wax be for wheels? Something that lasts A LONG time, not necessarily the absolute best for shine.

Ive heard something called zoop seal is pretty good. Its suppost to last like 2 years. It can be found at summit.

 

Any carnauba wax would do fine for wheels. I like p21s on my wheels. It lasts a good amount of time, and it packs a big punch of a shine, like on the rest of the car!

 

My friend was just telling me about that tonight, he knows the owners of that company, right here in Banning.

American Racing Wheel Wax should work too.

 

I just use the Gold Class that I use on the rest of my car. Seems to work fine as I had it put on before winter on my RS (about 6 months ago) and I just washed them yesterday and all the road grime, brake dust, etc. came off still. Probably time for a redo but not too bad for lasting 6 months on a winter driven vehicle that hardly gets washed.

 

Synthetic wax will last much longer on wheels, it will with stand heat to several hundred degrees, carnauba wax starts melting at 134 degrees.
