time for a painting

so ive had my z for about 8months and the kid i bought it from really didnt take care of the outside dut to living in tucson arizona where its mini hell and it didnt help that he lived along a dirt road....!...so i think its time for a paint job, shes the original black and there is some paint chiping on the rear bump and on the front bump...the norm...but heres one of my questions, it looks like this kid opened the drivers side door into a damn pole or something cus thiers a crack in the door from the bottom of the mirror straight down about 5 inches the mirror is not damaged but im wondering if it can be fixed or i will have to replace the door it works fine so i dont think it will be a prob. also how much do paint jobs run i want to get it back to the factory black..anybody know what the specific name is? all help will be app. thanks guys:D

black is black no matter what kind of car with a few exceptions. How deep is the crack cause in some case you can sand it down and fill it with some body filler.

That's the longest run on sentence I have ever seen!

Door skin should probably be replaced by a professional body shop. Shouldn't have to replace the entire door.
