I just had my front bumper repainted, and I am in the dallas,tx area so we have had snow recently off and on, so the roads have been sanded heavily in some areas. Well the sand has began to chip the paint off my front bumper, as well as hood area, and I am just wondering if this has happened to anyone else here in the dfw area or anywhere really...Pisses me off really.

I live near Highland Park and on my drive back from Plano at the end of the month I ended up with a lot of tiny paint chips too on my Grand Prix. Sanding on the Tollway is a terrible idea...

It's too freakin cold out to inspect my car, but I'm not sure they are chips. My bumper might be embedded with the sand/salt.

mine is chipped in the front end (bumper,hood a bit too) damn sand trucks. i need to get me another daily. Leaning towards a tb ss or impala ss...
