How to Remove Oil Splatter from Front Bumper!

My buddy was racing his cobra on the freeway last night and I was behind him filming. Well the passenger in my car was. Something broke on his car and he shot black smoke out the tail pipes and then oil spray came out from under the car and got all over the front of my car. It was pretty messy. Damn FORDS

I am wondering how I can clean the oil off of my bumper. It's not all that thick but there is a layer of oil on there and I didn't know what to clean it off with last night so it's been sitting overnight. What is a good solvent or wash that I can clean it off with?

Thanks guys

Wash down with soap and water first and then try some bug and tar remover. You can let it sit for a little while. If its fresh oil and on a car that was waxed, it shouldnt be too bad.
