How to remove to much wax?
I had the dealer fix my rear quarter panel and they repainted it. The car is black but they used to much wax when they waxed it. I need to remove the wax.
Wipe it with your finger and it is still there!
Thanks

Wash it with Dawn.

It's probably not a wax, but a glaze. Hopefully they just put that on the old paint and not the new. If on the new, look it over very closely because they're trying to hide somrthing.
Imperial Hand Glaze and Meguiars #7 are the most commonly used, and these will wash of with Dawn as Kevin suggested, but also will usually wash off with your regular car wash soap. Dawn will strip any non-polymer waxes off, so unless you use Zaino you will need to re-wax if you wash with Dawn.
