i have a 94 camaro and i bought the car about 4 months ago of a neighbor he had it in his yard for about 1 year soo the sun burned the clear so now the clear is coming off....is their any way i can remove the clear not frm the hole car its only fr hood and the hatch?

try a extremely light grit sand paper, it will do the least damage to the car, but it will need re cleared soon after because the paint will get scratched no matter what.

3k wetsanding paper. Than polish it out with rubbing compound.

if it is coming off... you can do what has already been suggested, but you will then still have to re-clear the panels as they will not shine. is it like starting to peel off or just turning smokey?
