Bumper cover painting - need your opinions!

I have a local shop near me that will repaint both of my bumper covers. I have a few spiderwebs and paint crack and chips. No tears or holes in the bumper cover. The car is black so - no fancy colors and such to deal with.

The quote I was given is $300 per bumper. That includes removing it from the car - sand, fill, prime, paint & clear - and then re-installing it on the car.

$600 total - does this sound reasonable?

Thanks
CCRJon

Car looks like new again... so much so that I took off the wheels and polished them on Sunday :-)
