Brake Dust

Well probably most of you have experienced brake dust on the wheels and know that they are a bi@%@ to clean. So i just want to know does anyone have any tips/tricks to make it easier to get the break dust of the wheels. And help is greatly apperciated and thanks in advance.

If you keep your wheels well "waxed" they will be easier to keep clean, using synthetic polishes/waxes will last much longer than carnauba wax products and hold up to high heat, that is something that carnauba can not offer.

Also, I would recommend using just soap/water or water to keep the brake dust off. Many cleaners out there can contain chemicals that can damage the surface of the wheels.

My painted/clearcoated rims have a few coats of Zaino on them. A little soap and water takes brake dust right off. Never saw the need for "wheel cleaner".
