Any way to clean triangle-shaped trim near window?

I have a '97 T/A, and those triangle-shaped "things" just behind the windows never look nice after I wash the car. They're supposed to be black, but they end up looking swirly and crappy, and I can't get them to look nice no matter what I use.
What should I be using to clean these? I might end up getting new ones because I think they're just old, but I need to find a part number....:irk:

Thanks.

I use a product called "Trim Shine" that comes in spray can. It is used for shining up plastic trim pieces. It has worked well for me on all types of plastic and rubber as well. It can be found at your local automotive parts store.

I believe they are held on with double-sided tape.
And they are fairly cheap at the stealership.
So, if ya got a cople bucks, just go buy new ones.
You'll be much more satisfied in the end.
