PM'ed another forum member that has done some work on BLM selection. He's thinking a steady TPS voltage of .51 should be TPS=0% not throttle position of 4% . His suggestion is maybe your TPS voltage...

Red glad you got the air flow straitened out, having the scanning tools is critical to getting some of the aftermarket 58Mm TB's working correctly. Don't know why they sold those with the IAC slots...

Lean across the board.. LT trims are +7 to +25% both banks. Possible tune, injector size, cylinder size, Injector offsets. Or since it's SD, VE tables. Maybe MAP sensor, I'm not an expert on SD...
