Im in need of traction bars, any make will do as long as they will fit an 87 IROC. I believe anything for 82-03 f-body will work, they have to be for a coil spring rearend. Also, i would like to purchase a set of longtube headers for the same type of car if anyone has a set. Thanks, Gene.

i have a set of south side machine lift bars.

As long as theyll fit my IROC... what do you have to get out of them?

its a kit it comes with sfc, cross bar, and the lift bars. they retail for 450 ill take 300 plus shipping. its basicly a ladder bar setup it gets rid of your tourqe arm also.

$300 is alittle out of my budget, especially after adding in shipping. Heres my offer, as long as everything is in good shape, ill give $250 for them. Thats the best i can do, im working on a budget, i hope youll understand. Thanks.

does it come with all the hardware, and is it a bolt on or weld on kit? how hard is it to install, on a scale of 1-10? 1 being changing the air filter on a 67 chevy pickup (easy as hell), 10 being rebuilding the transmission out of a 98 Regal (pain in the ***).

its everything you need. aside from someone that can weld. when do you want to meet and get it? and as far as how hard i have no idea. i have never put them on. but it dosent look like it will be to difficult.
