1) I need the lifter spider bolts (X3)..pending
2) Cam gear bolts (X3)...pending
3) Pcv grommit (side of intake man.)
4) Flex plate bolts, <--or is it better to buy new ones?...pending
5) L brackets, that bolt to the under side of the hood,
6) L bracket bolts,I think (X4)
7) maf in good condition,...pending
8) Cold air intake, or stock intake,...pending
9) 1LE elbow in good condition,
10) OBD 2 vented opti harness and vent tubes,...pending
11) 96-97 pcm for auto car, prefer unmolested
12) bolts that hold the opti to the block, (X3?)...pending
13) Steering rack in new condition, or very old for a core.
14) Stock fuel tank in good condition, with ALL the fuel lines bottle neck, sending unit. (everything to the fuel rails)
15) after market panhard rod,(adjustable only)
16) ac delete pulley
I am going to see what else, Please let me know if you have any of these items.

Edit: I believe I also have the stock air intake.

I know you specified an 1LE elbow but incase you change your mind, I have another stocker in perfect shape including the intact "silencer tube."

Damn... I have been meaning to call you Bill. Matt (my older brother) talked me into going with a 1LE elbow, because they are thicker. And last longer. Sorry for the trouble.
